Wednesday Weigh In

Yup, down 2 lbs! And I'm getting to the point where I need a belt again. My pants fit great for 20 min and then they stretch out too much. That's a pretty cool feeling,


  1. Awesome! Do you count your calories?

  2. I did when I started but didn't budget them out for the day. Now I just work a lot and don't have time to eat. Well...other than gelato samples :)

    But really, I have 2 fried eggs for breakfast, a Cliff bar or yogurt for snack. I try and cut back the gluten if I can so maybe a salad at work, or grilled chicken breast and then if I'm at home for dinner, it's whatever I'm making the family.
