My days of the week are all screwed up. I forgot to weigh in this morning, but I know it wasn't going to be pretty. I've been binging a lot lately. And went to Arctic Circle last night for milk shakes. Oops! So I'm skipping that today and focusing on other things...like BzzAgent. I've been slacking there.
But this is what I know for weight this week. I'm down 4 lbs from last month, so I'm calling that a success, even if I'm up from last week.
