Wednesday Weigh-In

I'm getting there! 16 pounds to go!

Food Journal Day 27

Got off work early so I got to eat with my family. Love that. And I stopped after 1 cookie, instead of 12. Go me!

Day 26 Food Journal

I took yogurt with me to work yesterday but forgot to eat it. Ended up eating a basket of popcorn at the end of the night. Oops. And I don't trust the numbers for calories for that popcorn but I didn't really want to search hard for it. Loaded baked potato at work has been awesome. Filling and not too many calories.

Tomorrow will be day 28. Crazy! Four weeks of journaling and of ACE. I snuck on the scale this morning and liked that number so hopefully it will stay near there. I'll also try and do a video update tomorrow as well. We'll see cause it's a crazy day. Grace has her kindergarten program and I have to work.

Food Journal Day 24 & 25

I know no one really cares what I eat every day, but I'm posting this for myself so I can go back. And to help keep myself accountable. Working makes me not eat. I have been snackin on gelato though and I need to cut that out. Yesterday I had a loaded baked potato and it was AMAZING. I'll probably start doing that more for dinner. I snuck on the scale this morning. 156.8. That's down 13 lbs in a month. And leaves me with about 17-20 to go. Not too bad.

Food Journal Day 23

Also pigged out on gelato samples at work. Darn cake batter one. That's not on this list. And I came home and ate half a bag of cheesy-chips. Ugh.

Here comes trouble!

Tripod

Walking! Yup, at 9 months. And she's been doing this for a few weeks. Gotta keep up with the big girls.

Food Journal Days 21 & 22

I've hit the slump. I should have been logging my food better, but the scale was still under 160 today so I shouldn't be too hard on myself. But I walked a lot yesterday and I could have done better. Ended up with milkshakes at the end of the night. But it was good.

Here's the last two days. Not 100% accurate but close.

But today is a new day and it'll be a great day!

Mercy is Two

Mercy's really like 31 months or something so like 2.5, but she tells us she's two all the time. And I just had to share this picture of her cause she's so damn cute. We went to a local park yesterday just to play and she got stuck and was asking for help, but I needed a photo first.

Then Grace wanted to me to take a picture of her on the monkey bars. She loves monkey bars. And she's pretty good at them too. Not me.

Then it was time to help Mercy. She's too cute for her own good. Sometimes.

Mother's Day & Willow Park Zoo

I had to work on the real Mother's Day so we celebrated on Saturday instead. We filled our day. First was our Bountiful Basket. Pretty good load of stuff.
Corn, cabbage, lettuce, artichokes, cucumbers, green peppers, broccoli, bananas, apples, cantaloup, watermelon

Then I went and cut my hair. No pics of that. Maybe after I style it, but right now it's fluffy. Then we packed up the stroller and headed over to Willow Park. We went to the farmer's market first and I LOVE the location! I love the layout. I love it all! We got the girls some gelato and each got an Itty Bitty Kitty from my friend Dani. And then we got them some balloon animals, that didn't last that long, but it entertained them for a bit. And lastly we got a loaf of sourdough bread from Crumb Bros. Mike got a business card about a co-op type deal for grass-fed beef. Kinda cool. After we were done at the market, we headed over to the zoo. They were having "What's New at the Zoo" and there were activities scattered around the zoo. They've moved some things around and although I didn't really see many new things, I love our little zoo. We go a few times a year and I always get pics, even though they're the same animals every time. Ha, ha. Here's our pics!

Green birds. Can't remember what kind

Boa Constrictor. Eww

Blue bird. Cool.

Big owl. She has a broken wing.

I can't remember what they're called but they're related to elephants.
My battery on my camera died right when I was going to take a picture of the monkeys. Boo.

So then we walked home. We got Jimmy John's delivered for lunch. The little girls took a nap. Dinner was supposed to be grilled chicken, but we went to El Toro instead. Girls behaved so nicely and I got to enjoy a margarita! We were going to get milk shakes on the way home, but Bethany threw up all over herself and the carseat so we had to clean her up instead. Happy Mother's Day! Ha ha.
