I had to work all day yesterday because it was inventory day. I thought I'd cave at work and eat something like gelato or Grace's chicken tenders, but I was good! Taking snacks helps. And I tried to drink water if I thought about eating.

I did pretty good. I need to eat more before the very end of the night because I ate those almonds right before bed. Did the same things last night:
I seem to be getting a ton of protein, but considering I used to get basically no protein, I'm not going to complain.
